CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To help provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask that any appointment rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals & No-Shows A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and a 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
